Five stages between the city main and a perfect glass of water. Watch every one go in — in order, to spec.
Every line pressure-tested and photographed before we call it finished.
Stage 01 — The service line
Everything starts at the main. We tap the city line, trench below the frost line, and set a new meter with a full-port shutoff — so the whole house can be isolated in a single turn.
Stage 02 — Supply lines
Every fixture gets its own labeled run back to one manifold — no mystery joints buried in your walls, and any single line shuts off without touching the rest of the house.
Stage 03 — Drain, waste & vent
Drains pitched at exactly a quarter inch per foot, a full-size stack vented through the roof, and cleanouts placed where a camera can actually reach. Water leaves fast and quietly.
Stage 04 — Fixtures
Tubs bedded in mortar so they never flex, toilets set on fresh wax with brass bolts, faucets torqued to spec. Every connection is tested twice before we call it done.
Stage 05 — The pressure test
Before anything gets closed up, the whole system holds test pressure overnight with a gauge on the line. The needle doesn't move — or we don't move on.

How it works
A real diagnosis, not a doorway guess: pressure readings, moisture scans, camera footage — and photos of everything we find.
One flat price before any work starts. No hourly meter running against you, no surprise line items, valid for 90 days.
Drop cloths from the door to the work area, shoe covers on every trip, and your water back on before we leave for the night.
A 10-year workmanship warranty registered in writing, plus a free one-year checkup on everything we touched.
Word travels
“Three plumbers quoted us a full repipe. Fairwater found a single failed pressure regulator, fixed it for a tenth of the price, and showed us the gauge readings to prove it.”
Questions
Anything else on your mind? Call us at (555) 023-6644 — a plumber answers, not a phone tree.
Yes — a plumber answers, not a service. We keep an on-call tech in the truck every night, average 60 minutes to your door, and the after-hours rate is quoted to you on the phone before anyone is dispatched.
Free assessment
A 30-minute walk-through, pressure and moisture readings, photos of everything we find, and a flat quote good for 90 days. No pressure — except the kind we measure.
