Anatomy of a Fairwater system

Five stages between the city main and a perfect glass of water. Watch every one go in — in order, to spec.

Done once. Done right.

Every line pressure-tested and photographed before we call it finished.

Stage 01 — The service line

One clean line from the street

Everything starts at the main. We tap the city line, trench below the frost line, and set a new meter with a full-port shutoff — so the whole house can be isolated in a single turn.

42 inbelow frost line, every service we bury

Stage 02 — Supply lines

Hot and cold, home-run to a manifold

Every fixture gets its own labeled run back to one manifold — no mystery joints buried in your walls, and any single line shuts off without touching the rest of the house.

0joints hidden inside finished walls

Stage 03 — Drain, waste & vent

A stack that never gurgles

Drains pitched at exactly a quarter inch per foot, a full-size stack vented through the roof, and cleanouts placed where a camera can actually reach. Water leaves fast and quietly.

¼ inof fall per foot — the code, held exactly

Stage 04 — Fixtures

Set, sealed, and leveled

Tubs bedded in mortar so they never flex, toilets set on fresh wax with brass bolts, faucets torqued to spec. Every connection is tested twice before we call it done.

every connection tested before sign-off

Stage 05 — The pressure test

Proof, under pressure

Before anything gets closed up, the whole system holds test pressure overnight with a gauge on the line. The needle doesn't move — or we don't move on.

What we do

Every drop in the house, handled by one crew.

Whole-home repipes

Galvanized or polybutylene out, PEX or copper in — walls patched paint-ready, and your water off for hours, not days.

Learn more

Drain & sewer

Camera inspections, hydro-jetting, and trenchless sewer repair that spares the yard you spent years growing.

Learn more

Water heaters

Tank and tankless, sized to how your family actually uses hot water — installed same-day, old unit hauled away.

Learn more

Leak detection

Acoustic and thermal imaging that finds the drip behind the wall before the wall finds a way to tell you.

Learn more

Kitchen & bath fixtures

Faucets, filtration taps, pot fillers, rain heads — installed level, sealed clean, and tested twice before we leave.

Learn more

Water treatment

Softeners and whole-home filtration matched to a lab test of your actual water — never a guess from a brochure.

Illustrated recreation of a whole-home repipe in Elm Hollow — water off for 6 hours, walls patched paint-ready.

How it works

Four steps. Zero surprises.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

A real diagnosis, not a doorway guess: pressure readings, moisture scans, camera footage — and photos of everything we find.

  2. 02

    Quote

One flat price before any work starts. No hourly meter running against you, no surprise line items, valid for 90 days.

  3. 03

    Fix

Drop cloths from the door to the work area, shoe covers on every trip, and your water back on before we leave for the night.

  4. 04

    Guarantee

A 10-year workmanship warranty registered in writing, plus a free one-year checkup on everything we touched.

Word travels

Neighbors talk about their water.

Three plumbers quoted us a full repipe. Fairwater found a single failed pressure regulator, fixed it for a tenth of the price, and showed us the gauge readings to prove it.

Questions

Asked before every job.

Anything else on your mind? Call us at (555) 023-6644 — a plumber answers, not a phone tree.

Yes — a plumber answers, not a service. We keep an on-call tech in the truck every night, average 60 minutes to your door, and the after-hours rate is quoted to you on the phone before anyone is dispatched.

Free assessment

Your pipes are talking. Let’s listen.

A 30-minute walk-through, pressure and moisture readings, photos of everything we find, and a flat quote good for 90 days. No pressure — except the kind we measure.
